2. Accuracy of Information

The Company makes materials (videos, articles, checklists, documents, audios) available for general informational purposes. The Company states: "We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Materials." Any reliance on such information is strictly at your own risk. The Company disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from reliance on the Materials by visitors or anyone informed of the content.

3. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website and Materials at any time in its sole discretion. Updates are posted to the Site and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Website after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. The Company recommends checking this page periodically, as changes are binding on all users.

Exception: Changes to dispute resolution provisions do not apply to disputes for which users received actual notice before the posting date.

4. Accessing Website and Security

Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email, phone number, and billing information. All information provided must be correct, current, and complete. If a user chooses a username and password, they must keep this information confidential and not disclose it to others.

Users acknowledge that their account is personal and agree not to provide others access to the Website using their security information. Users must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches and should exit their account at the end of each session. When accessing accounts from public or shared computers, users should exercise caution to prevent others from viewing or recording passwords and personal information.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Materials are owned or licensed by the Company or used with permission from third-party authors, developers, partners, affiliates, licensees, or vendors. Materials and intellectual property including copyrightable content and trademarks are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly provided, users cannot copy, reproduce, republish, repost, download, upload, display, transmit, or distribute Materials in whole or in part. For permission to reproduce Materials, users should contact meow@orangecatcontent.com.
